SUBJECT
A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a General Services Agreement with Stantec Consulting Services Inc. for PRS2/ARPA Stormwater Project.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The attached General Services Agreement will allow City Staff to issue Task Orders to Stantec Consulting Services Inc. for professional services necessary to complete the PRS2/ARPA Stormwater Project.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The purpose of the attached General Services Agreement is to set the general contract provisions between Stantec Consulting Services Inc. and the City. From the General Services Agreement, Task Orders will be issued for defining the specific work, scope, and fee for each task. The City Manager will be authorized to sign the Task Orders on behalf of the City.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
All costs will be generated per the Task Orders and will be charged to the project utilizing Parks and Recreation and Stormwater Phase 2 (PRS2) funds and American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. The City applied for and received an ARPA stormwater grant to assist in funding this project.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Council approve a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a General Services Agreement with Stantec Consulting Services Inc. for the PRS2/ARPA Stormwater Project.
