EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The attached ordinance approves a record plat for a two-lot subdivision at the northwest corner of Walnut Street and Beaudean Lane.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
A record plat has been submitted for South Side Village, located at the northwest corner of Walnut Street and Beaudean Lane and zoned PD (Planned Development). The plat resubdivides three tracts to create two new lots.
