SUBJECT
An Ordinance approving the record plat of South Side Village.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The attached ordinance approves a record plat for a two-lot subdivision at the northwest corner of Walnut Street and Beaudean Lane.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
A record plat has been submitted for South Side Village, located at the northwest corner of Walnut Street and Beaudean Lane and zoned PD (Planned Development). The plat resubdivides three tracts to create two new lots.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
The staff report to the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the record plat.
BOARD OR COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
The Planning and Zoning Commission, at its December 14, 2022 meeting, recommended approval of the record plat with a vote of 5 in favor, 0 in opposition, and 1 abstaining.
