An Ordinance accepting permanent water line easements, from Drury Land Development, Inc., to service 240-250 Silver Springs Road, for the Goodwill Water Line Project, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Permanent water line easements were obtained from Drury Land Development, Inc. The easements are necessary in order to excavate, build, construct, operate, maintain and repair underground water facilities constructed initially to service 240-250 Silver Springs Road (Goodwill Water Line Project) in Cape Girardeau, MO.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
