This appropriation ordinance for the amount of $30,000 is to cover the costs associated with the requirement to hold a primary election in February.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
With the large number of individuals running for elected office, the City will be required to hold a Primary Election in February, in addition to the April General Election. The costs for the Primary Election are estimated to be between $27,000-$30,000.
