EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The attached ordinance approves a record plat for the subdivision of an existing condominium unit, located at Saint Francis Medical Center.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
A record plat has been submitted for Saint Francis Health & Wellness Center Condominiums, Re-Plat No. 3, located at Saint Francis Medical Center. The plat subdivides an existing condominium unit to create two new units.
