SUBJECT
Appointment of two members for terms expiring April 12, 2027, to the Town Plaza Community Improvement District Board of Directors.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Linda AuBuchon of the law firm Armstrong Teasdale in St. Louis, Missouri, who represents the Town Plaza CID, requests that Paul B. "Scott" Campbell and Jack Ford be reappointed for terms expiring April 12, 2027.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
On April 2, 2007, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 3804 establishing the Town Plaza Community District and appointing five invidiauls to the initial Board of Directors for staggering terms. Pursuant to the governing documents of the Community Improvement District, members of the Board of Directors of the District are appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council. Members serve four year terms.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended to reappoint Paul B. "Scott" Campbell and Jack Ford for terms expiring April 12, 2027.
